Meet T. Micah Leddy
I absolutely love what I do for a living and I do not make any apology for that. Founding and building my law practice has been more rewarding than I would have ever dared to hope.
I grew up in northwest Georgia and graduated from Darlington School in Rome in 1996. My family is mostly from Georgia, but somehow I was destined to end up in South Carolina. Before I went to law school, I graduated from Presbyterian College in 2000 with a degree in economics and a minor in business. I worked for a few years in the financial markets as a Series 7 registered representative before I decided to take my mom’s advice and go to law school. I graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2006.
I was privileged to work for some local law firms in Columbia throughout law school, and I got to learn a lot about different areas of law. I decided that I wanted to be a trial lawyer and after law school I took a job as a Richland County Public Defender. During my two and a half years as a PD, I got to try cases ranging from DUI to murder. I got a lot of experience in a short period of time and I decided to open my own firm in 2008.
I have gotten to handle a wide variety of cases while running Leddy Law Firm, LLC, and I am now focused on a few areas of practice – personal injury, criminal defense, and professional licensing. If you are in need of a lawyer then I am happy to speak to you about it in a free consultation**.
Meet Ethan Carroll

I was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. I graduated from Dreher High School in 2011 and started college at Brigham Young University in Utah. I took a hiatus from college to serve a two-year church mission in Argentina, where I learned to speak Spanish. After coming home from my mission trip, I graduated from BYU with a degree in Political Science in 2018. I returned home to attend law school at the University of South Carolina.
I started working for Micah Leddy at the Leddy Law Firm during my second year of law school and graduated in 2021. Since getting licensed as an attorney, I have enjoyed working mainly on personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip and falls, and dog bites. I love advocating for my clients and bringing them the results they deserve.
Outside of the office, you can find me boating on Lake Murray, cheering on BYU and USC football, or at trivia nights at local breweries with family and friends.
